Lore Sjöberg (who was once one half of the Brunching Shuttlecocks, the compiler of the Book of Ratings, and the creator of memorable internet doohickeys such as Untitled States and The Star Wars Title Generator) is now running a rather exquisite links blog called Table of Malcontents over at Wired.

I'm looking forward to the launch of his new site "Bad Gods"--apparently inspired by YTMND.com.

He was the reason I gave up on writing satire.

I'm pleased to hear that, Sourwookie. My main goal as a humorist is to stomp the creative impetus out of all who behold me. If I can one day live in a world devoid of humor, indeed of entertainment, except that which I provide, perhaps I can find some small measure of peace in my soul.

Well, you inspired ME to take up writing web humor, so HAH! Although my site died, so I guess you win again...

Lore, you're a very funny man, but you can't fly a BR-5 to save your life.

Thank god you had a back-up calling in life.

Shouldn't (in a perfect world) the phrase "links blog" be redundant?

Isn't that everyone's dream? Of every profession?

I always assumed The Brunching Shuttlecocks was split up into multiple sites due to anti-monopoly-of-humour laws. Similar to what they tried to do to Microsoft.
