That's cool? It's a map with two hundred extra letters on it. Hooray! (If you have a ccTLD and want to know the country it identifies, it would be far easier just to check the list.)

I agree with Plutor. I'm not sure why this would be considered cool or amazing or fantastic except as a photoshop tutorial exam submission or something.....but even then I doubt it would impress anyone very much.

Oddly though, .je (Jersey) is omitted, despite the inclusion of .gg (Guernsey) and .im (Isle of Man).

Interesting:

Only one domain (dra.hmg.gb, for the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency) is still registered in gb (United Kingdom, although the letters actually stand for Great Britain, a subset of the UK) and no new registrations are being accepted for it.

Plutor/pecay - I guess you just have to be geeky enough, or like maps. My order's in. Whether it would impress others was not one of my criteria.

Call me when someone makes an (accurate) map via a google mashup, wherein I can type http://x.y.z and see, via satellite, the currently-registered location of that domain.

I don't know how they could have chosen a less-useful map to put the country codes on. Relief? State boundaries? White on light blue? I guess if it was a nice, small, one-screen-size map they couldn't charge you $75 for it.
