This reminds me of a poem I once wrote:

Los Pantalones [to be read aloud:]

Pants Pants Pants
Pants Pants Pants
Pants Pants Pants Pants
Pants Pants Pants

Pants.

My dad recently retired. For him, everyday is no pants day!

Being old is going to be awesome.

i just unbuttoned mine...keep it on the DL and hope nobody comes to my cube and asks me to do anything which requires standing up

Pssh.

I wish I could participate. My students should totally have their No Pants Day awareness raised.

Stupid school regulations.

I had no pants on when I woke up this morning. I plan to have no pants on when I go to bed tonight. Come to think of it, my fiancee yelled at me this morning for standing near an unshaded window without any pants on. I suppose I'm observing the spirit of No Pants Day, if not the letter.

Balisong, you didn't read FAQ #4:

So I can wear a skirt instead? or "Hey, no problem, I was gonna wear a dress anyways!"
You're very clever, but you're missing the point. Articles of clothing like skirts, shorts, kilts, and dresses don't count, because people are encouraged to revel in the absence of pants, and not replace pants with other clothing. The point is to relax and enjoy the humor inherent in people not wearing pants. A good rule of thumb is to pretend like you were going to wear pants, and then just fail to put them on.

Bah!! OK, OK.

I guess I'll just have to, you know, wear no pants...

This thread is useless without more pictures like this one.

ESTRAGON:
Well? Shall we go?

VLADIMIR:
Pull on your trousers.

ESTRAGON:
What?

VLADIMIR:
Pull on your trousers.

ESTRAGON:
You want me to pull off my trousers?

VLADIMIR:
Pull ON your trousers.

ESTRAGON:
(realizing his trousers are down). True.
He pulls up his trousers.

VLADIMIR:
Well? Shall we go?

ESTRAGON:
Yes, let's go.

They do not move.

I think that wearing underwear violates the spirit of No Pants Day more than wearing a kilt. Assuming you are wearing your kilt correctly.

Man. I should ahve gotten this memo yesterday. Now I'm going to have to carry my pants around all day. What a drag.

I take off my pants.

Then I put on my robe and wizard's hat.

emelenjr, can you come back and visit when we have a No Panties Day?

Humbug. This is clearly just another Hallmark holiday cooked up to sell greeting cards.

I don't buy it. Kilts are not allowed but boxers (which are just shorts really, thus pants) are allowed? That wouldn't even be slightly out of place to see in your average college dinning hall.

No pants, should mean no pants.

Wow. I would so be out of work.

Vaya con dios in su pantalones!
