Modern Toss. Featuring the beautifully profane, 'Mr Tourette', the all too real, 'Weekend' and the employee’s dream, 'Work'. [Not safe for work, children or the easily offended.]

Comic strips are funnier on the Internet because you can use the F word. Haha.

And also not use proper punctuation and capitalization. It really spices things up.

Hmm. Mr Tourette seems to be something of a one-note cock-knocker bastard wankstain.

I always forget about this site. My brother's got a nice framed Work print on his study wall - damned if I can find it on the site though. This used to sum up my weekends until recently. Fuckwads.

Sweet jiminy, I can't tell if this is some sort of postmodern humor-like ironic commentary or if it's so uber-hip that I can't possibly relate. Either way I feel like I'm missing something.

I'll probably eat my words and spend all my money on Mr. Tourette Tea Towels within a month or so.

The whole thing really is a bit of a one note symphony.

I like it. I came across this long ago and forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder.

MT is great, but sadly the TV version was less than impressive. Personal favourite is still the inside cover from issue #1 (oh, get me)

"What did you do at the weekend?" -"Smashed my house up with a bat".

Pissed up Terry's 90 mph death can

That's had me giggling all day.

I'm going to save that one for the next name-my-band AskMe.

ciderwoman: you're right, Modern Toss the mag is great - didn't the second one come with a free pubic hair from the Queen or something?

Mr Tourette doing the church is a thing of beauty. And you can buy them in limited editions too - this one sums it all up

MrMustard, Very fun. Love Mr. Tourette, deeply profane.

Mick Bunnage's and Jon Link's quirky, dry humor concisely depicts things in a rude way, which tickles my funny bone.

Their images seem to be a kind of nasty cousin of one of my favs, Roz Chast. Painfully whimsical, incomprehension.

To anyone in the UK brought up with Viz this is so tame!

Chunky, had a look at Viz. Yup, it's profanisaurus. But there's something scalpel-like, precise about the Modern toss ones.
