A quote from Mr. Stephens regarding D.C. police chief Ramsey:
A Brazillian news show ran footage of Cheif Ramsey assuring the press that the police would handle the World Bank/IMF protests nonviolently, then showed footage of him holding a young woman by her hair, punching her in the face, and then throwing her to the ground.

Anybody know where that video can be found?
