Star Trek Inspirational Posters (page 2, zip file) available for download. And, of course, you knew you could make your own, right? (as seen on MetaChat)

the first one was good, as part of the inspirational poster genre, and maybe the logic one. The rest were kind of meh. Also a lot of the sub-title lines were a bit of an overkill.

Some of those were really good, the first in particular. But yes, many of the tags are too long. Expendability didn't need one at all, but just "Guess who's not coming back?" would work. Or "Three to beam up, Scotty."

Fun stuff!

This one was missing:

(probably just an oversight)

The above image was supposed to be this, by the way.

Not even one Scotty? Here in hell, Doohan is pissed. Well, more pissed than usual. I think he's going to pick a fight with Bones. Again.

Sheesh, when I saw the link I was all excited to talk about this on my blog, but they aren't funny at all! This is a classic example of what's wrong with fan inside jokes. And the only ones that are even close to funny are so old it's ... well, not funny. A redshirt joke? An arrogant-Kirk joke? gimme a break.

Tuffy, after thirty-five years, are there really any good TOS jokes left to discover?

Holy shit, a Star Trek gag that doesn't mention Khan at all. That's amazing in and of itself.

Ask and you shall receive...

Many of them are funny, but only if you remember the specific episode.

My dad's first name is "Con." Himself a HUGE Original Series fan. We had been saying the "Wrath of Con" as an inside joke for years before the movie came out. Mocking my father is a fmaily tradition. Now the internet and photoshop has thus provided the family with comedy gold. And so has this post. Thank you.

PS. Any Khan related jokes or images are appreciate and I thank you again in advance.

PS. PS. If an angry old man claiming to be my father happens to start posting lengthy rants in response to MeFi, please forgive him. He is old. And a 'Nam vet.

Tenuki, might as well go right to the source.

Well, at least we don't have any Khan jokes that mention Corinthian Leather...
