When I visited Guatemala several Christmases ago, I saw an amazing nacimiento display that must have had 1000 pieces. The family I was visiting set it up every year, and it was featured in local newspapers, though I can't google up any images of it. There were several pooping characters, as well as bandits, drunks, prostitutes in flagrante, etc.
