Joe Rogan vs Carlos Mencia, The Comedy Saga Continues As previously mentioned, comic Joe Rogan confronted fellow comic Carlos Mencia on stage at the Comedy Store in L.A. last week for stealing jokes. The video was posted on YouTube, but was pulled by Mencia who made a "copyright claim" to the video, even though it was shot by Joe Rogan's cameraman. The video is now back up on YouTube, and includes latino comic George Lopez and other comics also accusing Mencia of stealing material. Now, according to Joe Rogan's web site, Mencia has managed to get Rogan dropped by his agent (the aged Gersh Agency represents both of them) and banned from the Comedy Store. Is this a case of a comic being censored by another comic? Is Lenny Bruce turning in his grave?
