Will any man come forward and say what happened?

Will justice be done? 3 female soccer members rescued a high-school woman from a gang-rape at a party by members of the DeAnza college baseball team. They even had to empty the passed-out woman's mouth of someone else's vomit. The DA won't prosecute for "lack of evidence." The rescuers are now being threatened and don't feel safe. Where are the real men who will stand up and say who did the raping and what happened-as they stood in the room and watched it happen? I agree with a rescuer's assessment that probably "the men in that room haven't been sleeping very well since this happened. They've been warned to stay quiet, to keep the code of silence." Will anyone step up and be the "Snitch" and help the victim get her day in court?

Someone else's vomit?

Were they rescuing this girl from a gang-rape or a Japanese porno shoot?

Turning someone in for rape isn't snitching, it's being standup.

Why don't they just dust the crime scene?

A crime occurs and no-one has any idea who did it, and they won't prosecute? Imagine that.

Assuming everything happened as described, it's a horrible thing, but even with all of those rhetorical questions there isn't much to say here, is there?

Holy editorializing, batman. What if a real woman stands up? Or a fake man? or... the implications are staggering.

You can't really dust for vomit.

Based on my knowledge of the American legal system picked up from the motion picture, 'The Accused' can't they get done for being in the room while it happened?
