Wait. I get it. They made some music, but that wasn't enough. So they decided to film some kind of promotional video for it. Genius!

I don't think you offended anyone; I just think it's not so obvious why you thought you needed to share a not-so-interesting video by a not-so-interesting band with the rest of Metafilter. A cursory scroll of the front page would show you this isn't what MeFi is for.
