And upon hearing the news, Karl Rove did a fist pump and shouted, "Yes! Yes!"

4 million votes in 2000, 400,000 votes in 2004, X votes in 2008.

X=?

Please, no. Just give Ralphie some travelers checks and the keys to a Corvair and tell him to get lost.

Can't he just cast a vote like everyone else who wants to have a Republican president?

What's the big deal about him running? Has the two party system delivered that much value? I never bought the 'blame Nader' argument as to why GWB squeaked out the win in 2000.

Dammit. I left my Mannlicher-Carcano in my '63 Chevy Corvair.

4 million votes in 2000, 400,000 votes in 2004

So, 3.6 million people got the memo. I guess that's progress.

Nader Boo'ed Today:
"The villain of the 2000 presidential election, Ralph Nader, was greeted by boos and hisses this morning by Progressives at their annual conference in Washington D.C., as he introduced Democratic presidential candidate Mike Gravel.

The group still despises the man whose politics they may share but who they believe singlehandedly put George Bush in office. Nader's presence prompted discussion afterward by some attendees about how a third party candidate this time around could create another disaster for Democrats in 2008. The focus of their speculation? New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg."

Is this what you guys were talking about?

Hey, he's got a right to run. The two party system -- which is bunk, to begin with -- is trying to suppress him and violating his civil *sputter* rights. Do you really think there's a... *sputter*... difference between Hillary and Brownback.

Hang on... dammit! Stupid Minn Kota cut out on me.
