Meh. He talks about the future being about 'living locally', and while I can't disagree with the likelihood of that outcome (being a result of lack of oil), I think we are far more likely to get the featureless cubical/featureless jumpsuit/soybean result promised by dystopian science fiction rather than a neo-urban utopia.
