Now the work begins. The Obama-Biden team has 75 days from today to transition into power, although they have already started organizing. Lots of folks are tracking the effort including the excellent blog at the IBM Center for the Business of Government. They provide links to such useful resources as the GSA site explainign the laws, regulations and procedures for transition and the GAO site with advice for transition teams.
