Showing the real costs of Texting while driving: This is an incredibly graphic Public Safety Announcement video created by the British to be shown in Drivers Education all across England, Wales, and Scotland. It hopes to deter teenagers from texting while driving not by just spouting numbers about it but by showing the real costs.

Hold on. So you're telling me that they're trying to discourage teenagers from reckless driving by showing emotionally charged gore? What a revolutionary approach!
