Cute. These remind me of when I first saw one of those wrinkled-apple dolls that looks like an old woman.

It all seems quaint and harmless, but I can see a real and serious downside: Thousands of gerbils will be deprived of tunnels. Heartless crafty bastids.

Thousands of gerbils will be deprived of tunnels.

Use some of the funds from selling these to clone Richard Gere. Problem solved.

The title says "Weird Toilet Paper Roll Sculptures". As if there were any other kind.

Much nicer than the toilet paper Rorschach test.

For some reason, looking at those reminds me of the past eight years.

Oh, and the best thing is that you can make them while sitting comfortably on your toilet!

No; no I could not. I am 100 percent confident in saying that under no circumstances could I in fact make them while sitting comfortably on my toilet. There's so much wrong with that sentence that I simply don't know where to begin.

Who wants 2-ply when you can have 3-ply?

Gerbils love to eat these TP rolls. I would get a kick of seeing a gerbil gnaw through one of these heads.

Until then, though, I just want to say that you're right; these do look much better than I expected; they're very expressive. I'd like to see the process by which me makes'em.

Just wanted to point out that this post's title is very clever.

These are great. I clicked on the link before reading comments here, and was impressed with the artistry.

Then I read the comments here, and looked again, and now I can't stop seeing them except as expressions of various stages of constipation. Thoughtful inward-looking contemplation, slightly perturbed concentration, undignified brows-knitting lips-compressing concentration, straining right, straining left, grunting with effort, groaning in battle fury, moaning in triumph, in relief, in sweet release...

If I am sitting on the toilet and have an empty toilet paper roll and enough time to make a sculpture, that means I am out of toilet paper. There is nothing good or comfortable about that situation.
