Drunk Guy

This post was deleted for the following reason: As fascinating as this is in a webcomic/diarycomic phenomenology is-it-or-isn't-it sort of way, it's skating just on the far side of what I think is okay for a post. -- cortex

Who knew Timecube guy was also a humorist...who's crying on the inside.

Please tell me this is going to be deleted. This doesn't merit an FPP, it's just an example of lack of inspiration and laziness.

I do believe it was created by a drunk guy though. Yes, that I do believe. A very emo drunk guy who doesn't have Photoshop.

Not to get on any high horse about it, because my last post wasn't so hot either, but wow did this suck.

Also, I'm really glad I'm not Genia.

But the hipster video game thread stays? At least some effort went into drawing this.

Seems like this is a love-it-or-hate-it topic. Sorry about that.

True, some is greater than none, but...

So this is was cool in a soul crushing depressing way, but I assumed it was fiction. Upon googling Genia's profile comes up quick, confirming the Portland origins. Then I find this reddit thread. Suddenly it doesn't look like satire.

As one who is very fond of the drink (in strictly controlled doses), but is also a happy, productive and generally jovial sort of fellow with a life he very much enjoys, it makes me sad that there are a lot of people for whom alcohol is a life-destroyer.

But for at least some of those folks, if it wasn't alcohol, it would be something else, I suppose. If these comics are actually autobiographical, well, damn. Sorry, man.
