...it is true that there is a divide in this nation, and those on either sidek, seem sure their approach the best way to go, and also true that no matter the issue, we will get the two perspectives. The GOP under Bush wanted to privatize Social Security. Now the GOP vows they will run on a platform in the next election to repeal the new Obama health reform bill.

States launch lawsuits against healthcare plan:

Republican attorneys general in 11 states warned that lawsuits will be filed to stop the federal government overstepping its constitutional powers and usurping states' sovereignty....

...Ten of the attorneys general plan to band together in a collective lawsuit on behalf of Alabama, Florida, Nebraska, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington.
