For reference, in the top left corner (if you are facing the "last judgment" on the far (blue) wall, there is a scene with a small rectangle of uncleaned fresco. Yes, that dark, dark patch. You can see how drastically different the chapel looked not long ago. There are a few other spots left uncleaned for reference.
