Isn't Fox supposed to be the enemy of fan sites (Simpsons, X-Files, Buffy) all over the web??
Then what are they doing supporting a site that's promoting one of its lowest-rated shows????
The producer of Get Real had previously done a half-hour comedy called Parker Lewis Can't Lose that, IMHO, was worth saving...

Most likely, because they had it built for them. Remember the minor stink a while ago about record labels paying people to make fan sites for them? Same deal, I'm guessing. If the site gets press, the show gets press, without any advertising budget from Fox - which there probably isn't much of, because as you said, it's one of the lowest-rated shows.
