That must be why the six-year-old daughter of one of Boing Boing&apos;s co-founders is &lt;a href=&quot;http://boingboing.net/2004_01_01_archive.html#107379846683537418&quot;&gt;on the CAPPS list as a security risk&lt;/a&gt;.  All this is also a reminder that we need &lt;a href=http://writ.news.findlaw.com/ramasastry/20040107.html&gt;privacy safeguards for these data mining programs&lt;/a&gt;.  </description>
