Janey Thomson's Marathon Any longtime fan of 80s arcade game
Track & Field and fan of old gaming lore around
Desert Bus will no doubt fall in love with this new classic game written in the perfect style of early 80s Konami combined with brutally long punishment games. I gave up after a few minutes but damn did I want to keep going and see the finish.

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. With just a week to launch, the PS3 and Wii are almost here and there is plenty of help out there if you want to try scoring one on launch day. For the Wii,
read up on this guide, or
try this one for the ps3. The
Wiiseeker and
PS3seeker will tell you exactly how many units your closest Target, Walmart, and Gamestop will have ready to sell. Ask MeFi also offers help:
1,
2,
3. And the
latest MeFi Project helps those that are sticking it out at
Console Camp.

RealArcade is the future of gaming. Online downloads, rating, message boards, and high score lists are just the beginning of this game distribution-turned-instant-community application. When you can buy games online like this, whats the point of having a shrinkwrapped CD? (note most games are win95/8/ME only)

Perhaps
Lance was right. No maybe
Peter was right. Regardless, the wheels of progress continue to turn, this time it's
a p-to-p app that allows the swapping of console video games napster/gnutella-style, with the 17 year-old creator saying this about the possibility of getting shut down: "Sure, it is a concern that they may try to shut us down, despite the fact that we don't permit piracy, but I am confident in the law and believe we will prevail."
Riiiiiight.
