With about as much fanfare as last time, Greg Knauss has re-re-started An Entirely Other Day, this time in a slightly different location. Greg, we love you. Don't make us work this hard.

With little fanfare, after a hiatus that began in May, 2001, and following Greg Knauss's recent guest stint on kottke.org, An Entirely Other Day has returned. Just in case you missed it.

Winer finally makes sense Thanks to Greg Knauss's dissociative translator, Scripting News is more informative and vastly more entertaining. MetaFiter also gets the disassociator once-over.

RIP, EOD After a year of daily posting, Greg Knauss is sending An Entirely Other Day to bed. I'm only reiterating what many others have said before me, but the guy can flat out write circles around most other people using this God-forsaken medium. Very few people -- in print or otherwise -- can make the trivial events in their everyday lives so amusing to read. Dammit.

Greg Knauss quoted in Wired Magazine! The creator of EOD, one of my favorite daily reads, is quoted in an article about some software guy. Go Greg!

He did it. He tried to find a way to weasel out, but he did it. The people have spoken, and Greg Knauss has taken his, um, medicine like a man.

Greg Knauss's Entirely Other Day makes a return, and none-too soon! Yay, yay, yay!

In this sendmail.net piece, Greg Knauss (of Winerlog-when-it-was-good fame) asserts, among other things, that if a court subpoenas your email, and it's encrypted, that you can be tossed in jail for contempt if you don't give them the keys. Um, hello? 5th amendment? Does anyone have references either way on this one?

Thanks to Greg's great article on InYourPants.com, I'll never have to shop for underwear again. It's a pain to shop for, and my girlfriend gives me slack for only buying new ones once a millennium, but now I won't have to worry about it anymore. [thanks Steve]

If you've loved reading Greg Knauss' posts at Kottke.org over the last few days, and you're begging for more of Greg's goodness, check out the Entirely Other Day archive. The EOD site has always been one of my favorites, even though Greg ceased publication in early 1998. The archives are hysterical, god I wish he still wrote regularly.
