The Credit Card Prank is a project to see how far one could go with their signature on credit card purchases. The experiment goes pretty far and barely runs into any snags. The verdict? People don't seem to care what you sign on a receipt.

From the always excellent
Sharpeworld comes a true gem: her father's comedy duo's site,
Coyle and Sharpe. Harking back to another era (1960's San Francisco), the site features images, articles, and videos, but the
hidden audio tracks of man-on-the-street bits are not to be missed. They have all the innocence of Candid Camera, but are quite a bit funnier.

Jerry Lewis pulled an Andy Kaufman at a recent comedy awards Q&A session. When asked about female comics he admires, he answered with "I don't like any female comedians" and went so far as to say that he considers a woman "a producing machine that brings babies in the world." No word yet on whether or not he'll start professional wrestling anytime soon.

I don't know how many MetaFilter readers are
epinions members (my guess is that a lot are), but if you've surfed around anyone's circle of trust before, I'm sure you've found
conglomerate_mosthated, a popular reviewer with an equally sharp tongue and wit. Some of my favorites of his include the
Xterra review, the
Britney Spears review, and the
Jetta review. He's sometimes offending, oftentimes catty, and always amusing.

Tonight, I found a bevy of Bill Hicks mp3s. God, he was hilarious. He was more a truth-teller than a comedian. Luckily, there's still people out there that dig him too, including the great site at
BillHicks.com. Among the many cool things at that site is a
huge archive of audio clips of his standup and interviews.

A great employment page if you happen to have long hair and a beard. The descriptions are great, I love the internet job that requires you to update a page once every two months. They had me going for a few seconds there.
