Of course, you must also have your <a href="http://www.sunnews.com/food/food2000/food122800.htm">pork</a> and <a href="http://waltonfeed.com/old/sauer.html">sauerkraut</a> for good luck (my mother always asks to make sure I have) and a little <a href="http://www.spiritproject.com/oracle/curiosity/pb.htm">Bleigiessen</a>, or fortune telling by pouring molten lead into a liquid, for entertainment.
