The TV Guardian is a "cuss buster," removing all profanity from recordings that are shown on your TV. Finally, something to make my movies and TV more wholesome than Mary Lou Retton (you know your career as a gymnast is in the
shitter can, when you're hawking these kinds of products).

Clerks: The Animated Series is coming to ABC in May (here's
a preview in quicktime format). How far will ABC let slacking, smoking, cursing vandals go? Are they gunning for SouthPark? I can't imagine a watered-down version of Clerks being very funny at all, the whole point of Clerks the movie was the absurdity of the dialogue and jokes. Don't get me wrong, I used to be an über Kevin Smith fan, but I just can't imagine enjoying a kid-friendly version of the New Jersey universe.

FoxTV has reached a new all-time low. I couldn't find an official site, but
here's the listing over at
tvgrid.com. "Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire" is an upcoming special where a single guy will pick from one of 50 women, and get legally married by the end of the program. This one is pathetic all around; for the freak going on TV to pick his wife in a matter of 2 hours, the 50 women lining up to marry a man for his money, and for Fox pulling such a lame ratings stunt.

iCrave TV gets busted. And what a shame it is. People want to watch TV over their DSL and cable lines, too bad broadcasters aren't hip enough to realize that. So this small company sees the demand, builds something to fill it, and they're stopped, too bad they couldn't reach a compromise (if you've never heard of iCrave,
it was mentioned here before).

Ever since MTV stopped playing videos, I find that I rarely even glance at it while channel surfing. But I do miss seeing amusing and creative videos. Luckily, Launch.com runs
musicvideos.com, which offers a couple thousand streaming videos to choose from. The 300k versions are pretty good. The Foo Fighters' "
Learn to Fly" is just great.

Today I was talking to a friend about how much I miss seeing Mr. Show on HBO. They haven't had a new episode in months, so I went to their
official site and they're talking about making a movie soon! I couldn't find mention of it anywhere else, not even at the
IMDB. I did find some interesting fan sites like
this one. I also noticed they're selling
bowling shirts among other goodies at the HBO store site.
