This was also pointed out on the NPR radio comedy program <a href="http://www.npr.org/programs/waitwait/archrndwn/2005/mar/050305.waitwait.html">"Wait, Wait - Don't Tell Me"</a> (click the "Listen" link next to "Opening Panel Round: The Supreme Court and Cecil B.
