Death to IE? If Firefox wasn't enough to ween you off Internet Explorer on Windows, perhaps Safari for Windows will be.

Netscape 4.79 coming soon. Why do they insist on keeping that build alive? Netscape 6.x is finally at a point when it's almost as good as IE 6.0/IE 5 Mac, if not better, so another 4.x release is just very odd. [Netscape 4.79 FTP folder]

I seem to recall an online utility that presents a view of what a web site would look like in multiple browsers and on multiple platforms. My searching has turned up empty. Of course I've been known to choose unsuccessful keywords. Specifically, I'm looking for a utility to simulate the appearance of a web page on a Macintosh. Anyone here know of such a tool?

Microsoft's font embedding demos are really smurfin' cool. I think my favorite is the Hotzone Journal. IE4+ needed. Has anybody seen embedded fonts used elsewhere, or does anybody know if Mozilla does/will support font embedding?

I'm a sucker for gee-whiz web browser tricks. This site isn't that bad, you can close your browser window after it starts racing around the screen, or just alt-F4, or command-q to kill your browser. A cooler use of browser-movement trickery is this flash site, notice how their banner slams into place, jarring the browser.
