Meanwhile, Congress, to its credit, has awarded <a href="http://www.nasaa-arts.org/nasaanews/arts_funding.shtml">a modest increase</a> to the NEA. Will private funding take over, as the <a href="http://www.lp.org/press/archive.php?function=view&record=376">Libertarians</a> hope?
