A Boyd-penned <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1901785017/metafilter-20/ref=nosim/">biography</a> was bombastically presented in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeff_Koons">Jeff Koons' </a> gallery (who wasn't in on the joke)...to be enthusiastically lapped up by NYC's glitteratti.
