"Whenever filmmakers ask, “Hey, how can I get my first feature going?” I’m like, “Find two partners and get ready to flush four years down the toilet.” It can be done, but you’ve got to work."
A new interview with Bruce Campbell on the Evil Dead franchise.

Y'know, I'm Hungry Like the Wolfyoutube. And I don't mean Duran Duran. I mean, Bruce Campbell and Old Spice. Behind the scenesyoutube of the commercial. Earlier Old Spice commercial about Experienceyoutube. Bruce's acting (or over the top machismo) has grown on me over the last couple of years, and the commercials hit it pretty well. If you want a little more, you might want to read If Chins Could Kill. Turns out, Bruce is considered one of the best Reverse Actors (I couldn't find any video of this.) Hail to the King, baby!youtube

I always thought Bruce Campbell would be perfect to play the guy from Doom. And yeah, Howie Long is a dead ringer for Duke Nukem. But looking at how much Mr. T looks like Barrett from Final Fantasy 7 and Winona Ryder looks like Vice from King of Fighters I have to wonder how much of this is on purpose? Of course there are the exceptions.

Bruce Campbell, the man, the myth, the shemp. Quicky article about an appearance during his book-signing tour, I can vouch that everything the writer says about Mr. Campbell is true. I saw him at his SLC appearance and the man is both witty, approachable, and he knows how to work a crowd. And his book is well written! Surprise surprise.
