“I think she was a very nice lady who was in way over her head,” said (the local SPCA general manager). “She was probably in a situation where she started with one chihuahua and it had babies. Taco Bell Chihuahua gets kicked to the curb. I'm happy and not too surprised by this. There's only so much mileage you can get out of a talking dog. Now, if I could just get the phrase "drop the chalupa" (as well as its alternate meaning, [dec 19th entry]) out of my mind....
