He already made international headlines last year, with the <a href="http://www.sundayherald.com/44410">most bizarre, incompetent coup attempt</a> in a while. Not that the <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/3098007.stm">dictator</a> he's trying to topple is a nice character (even if his predecessor and uncle, <a href="http://www.dictatorofthemonth.com/Nguema/Dec2001NguemaEN.htm">Francisco Mac&#0237;as Nguema</a>, was even worse).
