First National Lampoon does a "parody" of the bumps on Cartoon Network's popular Adult Swim programming block. Then G4's Attack of the Show responded (and the editor of the Lampoon's site responds in the comments -- look for posts by JayPink), and then Adult Swim themselves did on Sunday (Flash re-creation of the aired bump). A Flash usability white paper that says Flash can improve the usability of a web site.

"When executed correctly, with attention paid to the needs and wants of users, Macromedia Flash content can actually improve the user experience on any Web site." Can Flash be saved if developers start thinking about usability? Is this going to impact Jakob Nielsen's 99% figure?

I'm a sucker for gee-whiz web browser tricks. This site isn't that bad, you can close your browser window after it starts racing around the screen, or just alt-F4, or command-q to kill your browser. A cooler use of browser-movement trickery is this flash site, notice how their banner slams into place, jarring the browser.
