		<description>&lt;a href="http://people.ne.mediaone.net/fwhite/ace/"&gt;The worlds smallest web server&lt;/a&gt;  has been build by a hack named Fredric White from a two dollar Fairchild chip, just over 1K of code, and a couple of other bits. Check out these images of &lt;a href=&apos;http://world.std.com/~fwhite/ace/pcb.html&apos;&gt;the entire server set up&lt;/a&gt; which is dwarfed by the serial cable it&apos;s connected to. Now that&apos;s internet everywhere.  </description>
