But when the fire crews have to spray down the building (and the surrounding city block) in sub-zero temperatures, the <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/diversey/2280454094/">end result</a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/diversey/2280491866/">looks</a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=Maxwell%27s+fire&m=tags">stunning</a>. From 10:30AM to around 1PM yesterday, firefighters in downtown Minneapolis worked to contain the blaze that consumed Maxwell's American Cafe, a popular local lunch spot, and the adjacent Scandia Furniture store.
