This year marks a decade of Strong Bad Emails, sent from Strong Bad's desk. Next to his computer sits a box of floppy discs, often displaying game titles. If you missed those titles, the detail-oriented Homestar Runner wiki (previously) provides game titles, summaries, and links. Many of the games are old computer games like Rise of the Dragon or Miner 2049er, and some titles are linked to Lord_Pall's revived Home of the Underdogs abandonware game archive. Other games have links to the Videlectrix catalog, where you can see box art and play some demos. Or you can go back to the Homestar Runner wiki, and go to the list of playable Videlectrix titles, like 50k Racewalker (play online) Polulation: Tire (play online) or Peasant's Quest (play online) (More previous stuff: Peasant's Quest and Where's An Egg?).
Happy Bicentenemail. Strongbad answers his 200th email in this installment of the long-running Homestarrunner.com web site. Featuring a musical intro by They Might Be Giants.
Homestar Runner is 10 years old. (flash)
Peasant's Quest coming soon to theatres. A Lem Sportsinterviews Joint. [Macromedia Flash; largely injoke]
Homestar Runner Wiki — People who like this sort of thing will find this the sort of thing they like. Fhqwhgads!
There must be a better word for weird. Okay, so we've discussed this before (here, here, and here) but none of these posts really touch upon the thing I find most brilliant about Homestar Runner: its one of the most amusing, kid-safe, and utterly random humor sites I've ever encountered on the net [more inside and Flash is required for everything].
Happy Thanksgiving Long-weekend Canada! Whether you celebrate it in October or November, it's hard to deny that the true meaning of Thanksgiving is now about football (3 down or 4 down), food and family. Enjoy some Friday Thanksgiving Flash with Homestarrunner. And be sure to give to your local food bank.
Homestar Runner is a funny ass web cartoon. Strong Bad Sings is just a taste of the weirdness within.
