So what&apos;s the problem?  Curtis and Ferguson are the whistleblowers, not the alleged culprits.   Harry &quot;Noonie&quot; Red Eagle Jr., seen positioning the camera on one of the tapes, has resigned.  His father is the superintendent of the school system, and recommended Curtis and Ferguson be fired.  </description>
