While some folks are <a href="http://europa.eu.int/comm/enlargement/e-day_en.htm">gonna party like crazy</a>, others are warning of <a href="http://www.wsws.org/articles/2002/dec2002/cope-d13.shtml">doom and gloom</a>. What do you think?
