Manipur, which has a population of 2,388,634, has the highest rate of HIV in the country, which is also the reason why it has the most number of NGOs working in the area. However, what is disturbing is that a day or two ago, one of these NGOs bribed a group of children into getting their blood tested, so that they could increase their chances of garnering more funds.

More of our successes in spreading freedom and liberty around the world. It seems that access to broader information about the conditions existing for civilians within our proactive foreign policies endeavors lies with NGOs, who's focal points are human rights.

Oh, Those Crazy United Nations! They hate Kofi Annan. They're starving for Iraq. Yep, it's those crazy UN non-governmental organizations doing their damnedest to give decent liberals and lefties a bad name. (A taster from this unbelievable official site: All behavior is caused! There is a reason/reasons why people hate us. We can start killing some of them, but we had better also start understanding the rest of them.)
