It actually caused hallucinations, headaches and discomfort due to the frequencies of the sound running underneath it; the sounds typically only do that to folks with a long run of exposure, so this 45 second clip should be OK. However, if you don't want to risk it, the sound isn't necessary to the experience. It sounds roughly like the short-wave ambient noise one can hear on numbers stations.
