Registered Sex Offender in Vehicle.&quot; Many people are &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.callertimes.com/2001/may/20/today/localnew/568.html&quot;&gt;reacting favorably&lt;/a&gt;, such as the person who believes &quot;I think the judge is correct and he should make the signs bigger.&quot; But if these people are truly dangerous, why did they receive probation instead of jail time?  </description>
