Georgia wants to charge people to vote, having chosen to implement "a new voter ID law that requires many people without driver's licenses...to pay $20 or more for a state ID card."
Adding insult to injury, the number of ID centers in Atlanta is currently ZERO.

In the NY debate between Clinton and Lazio a reporter asked them about House bill 602p. An evil bill this one, purporedtly letting the US Postal Service tax email!
