In the recent trend of mashing up traditional Japanese culture/instrumentation with American Hip-Hop (much like the recent, critically-acclaimed Anime series Samurai Champloo), this incredible video (warning: windows media) demonstrates America's potential to positively influence the world. Hip-hop turntablism at Berklee College of Music?
I think it's a great idea, although I'm not sure that this is really what their typical student is looking for. Though apparently the book is already quite popular.
