So, it was like, 1995, and one of the free weekly papers here in Toronto, Eye Weekly had a little piece on the back pages about this new-fangled intarweb thingy that included one URL.
I was at university, I decided to funk on over to the computer lab to see if we had this "Mosaic" program the article mentioned. We did. I typed in the URL, it was a page consisting a badly scanned copy of the instructions to load a Pez dispenser.
