About
What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.
Isn't wilful a great word? Wilful denial, wilfully obtuse...
But really, my name is Wil, or William on my birth certificate. Originally I identified the word because I had a filly (a girl horse, dontchaknow) that my mum called "wilful", because she was (wilful) and also because it's a contraction of "Wil's filly". Then in LAN parties we all needed tags and my friends had cooler ones than me (and were always better at the games than me) and I adopted wilful then. I plan on corralling all internet instances of the word as a person tag by 2019. I've pretty much sewn up the google space.
Challenge me to a game of chess at http://www.chessatwork.com/ search for wilful (of course)
First internet? Deakin University Rusden campus library, 1996. Netscape Navigator 1, Pegasus mail.
