It's from the movie, "The Third Man", which I love. All of my computers are named after characters from the movie. I used the internet first for real in like 1993, although I posted to USENET and other such things long before that. I remember when email addresses had to be full all kinds of different waypoints. I worked on the original wiki in 1995-6. All I did was administer the system and tweak the original scripts, but, nonetheless, I sat in the office with Ward and we played with it.
