What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

My nickname is a derivative of my original web handles, which were mostly in the form of insultsays/speaks/statespronoun. I dropped the insult part because women like confidence, and the more exact pronouns because the ladies like mystery. I've heard. I started using the internet when I was 16, when my father got his first computer, and lived and died by yahoo chat for a year. I, thankfully, have moved on from that chapter of my life, and that's all we'll say about that.

Now, don't you know, I've ensconced myself in Beijing, and make my living as a translator of...stuff. Man, I got advertising going on over here, movies on this side, got me some cement processing up in that piece, got me some lit major heez...it's amazing what this profession brings your way. One day I'm at the cement plant watching an engineer take apart a piece of equipment, the next I'm arguing over phrasing with a director and his pregnant wife. I've met scores of amazing people and god damn it's fun.

I drove a 48cc motorcycle until a car smacked me and busted my leg, but I'll be back on 'em before long. I'm also trying to learn enough Spanish to get my translation game on in that arena. What else we got...I um, watch a lot of movies.
