Finest food store in Paris

Please enlighten me on the best food store or market in Paris. I'll be passing through Paris and have only one day to find the finest saucissons, patés, rillettes, foies gras and other delicacies to bring home. I vaguely remember this fascinating two story shop I found some years ago in rue Montmartre near Les Halles, this time I arrive by train at Montparnasse but I can navigate through Paris with ease so any suggestions are welcome. Merci d'avance.

mini jack output selector

AudioFilter... A switcher that allows me to split 1 stereo mini jack output from my sound card to 4 or more female stereo mini jack outputs. Does this exist? I only need to have one output activated at any time, so I don't need a mixer, just a small fancy box that does this and nothing else.

Multiple hard drives and computer games

Is it always best to install a resource-demanding computer game on the system disk? I have 3 S-ATA hard drives on the same S-ATA controller. Does it affect the performance of games such as Oblivion or Need For Speed if they are installed on one of my secondary drives?

How to copy folders. Am I really this stupid?

I need to move many files in different subfolders to one folder, thousands of images to be precise. The files are in dozens of folders like this:

C:\pictures\010106\DCIM\101\image0001.jpg
C:\pictures\020106\DCIM\101\image0028.jpg

etc... so one folder for each day as it were. No file has the same name. What's the easy way to copy all the files from their respective subfolder to a single new folder on another disk? I would prefer to do this in DOS to avoid having to manually copy the files from each folder. This should be an easy task, but I really can't figure out how to do this. I searched AskMe and googled but I found nothing for Win XP.

Roland MKB-1000 manual

I have been looking for an online version of the user manual for the Roland MKB-1000 MIDI controller without any luck. Does any Mefite by any chance have a PDF or whatnot of said manual laying around?

Capturing WebTV

I am failing to find a free program that lets me capture the video/audio from a web tv stream (WMP). I've found several programs when googling this, but none that specifically does what I need which is to capture both the video and the audio in realtime then save it to a video file (avi, mov, whatnot). I'm thinking a screenshot-type-thing only for a streaming file... Does this program exist?
