What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.
I'm Indian, and I'm Arab. Hadjiboy* sounded like a nice monicker to have to cover both bases. That, and I wanted to get under the skin of the people using the "hadjigirl" epithet--take that you haters! (I first discovered the internet quite late, when my sister bought a PC and had a connection installed at our place. It's been fun ever since.) The first thread that I ever read on Mefi was the one in which everyone was discussing how a certain experience** had changed their lives forever, and it was a real eye-opener to know how many sensitive, talented people there were on the net, who could express themselves so eloquently.
*I did choose to keep my name after Hadji, from Johnny Quest
