My nickname is also my baptismal name and my SCA name. No, I'm not a Fairey-wings wearing geek. I'm a Medievalist.

I'm also a doofus - see also my embryonic MeFi identity. I apparently forgot that I'd created a user ID and so created another one. How the heck was I supposed to know that being 4597 would someday be cooler than being 6604? (I do still use 4597 from time to time to post to AskMe. *shrug*)
